Water:
During the whole process, we take water to cool down, there are two kinds of water, one is the condersor water, it only becomes hotter after using, so no matter when take it into next time. The other is the dust removing water, we will not get out the water, but clear the pool regularly. Both them are recycle water, no discharge, take full use of it. So can save the water resource.
Fuel
During the process, when there oil gas comes, there also the exhaust gas comes, we set the anti-back fire devices to collect them then recyle to the furnace to burn it as fuel. When the exhaust gas comes, u just feed little fuel to the furnace, so after oil gas comes, almost no need for the other fuel.
Automatic
When u choose the fifth generation plant, we will supply the auto-feeder and negative presser devices. When u make the plastic as material, u can feed four or five times one batch with the negative presser devices work, . So can pyrolysis more capacities, from another side, we can think it as save work time. Also take the auto-feeder feeding, we can continue the next batch when the reactor in a high temperature, just ensure no oil gas is ok.
Good keeping warm
As we take the good protect warm material, so it is not easy to lose the heating.
The first is the reinforcing plate, to keep the reactor shape no change; The second is the glass rock wool, it has different kinds, the whiter is more better. The effect of keeping warm is very good. The last is the concrete. So when we start the next batch, we can take use of the reactor temperature, so save some fuel.
Science fire channel design
As we all know the outer flame has the most high temperture, so we set the furnace height 80mm, it can take the outer flame, so use less fuel, also a little far away to the reactor, so can save longer life.
Long reactor life:
1. Material: Boiler plateQ245R Q345R, , thickness 12/14/16mm. Also some stainless steel plate. Good material can ensure the quality first.
2. Welding: First automatic welding, then the labor welding, so absolute no any gap in the reactor.
3. Hot-blast stove is long life, but not energy-saving, its consumption of energy is much greater than the repair costs of furnace. Direct fired reactor is energy-saving but short life. It is a contradiction. We resolved this conflict by thickening steel plate reactor of fire approach part which oxidized extremely, so we generally use the 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm thickness of steel plate, or12mm stainless steel plate, other slow oxidation parts use 12mm thickness plate(20G), not noly energy, but long life.
